EdFOCUS Initiative EdFOCUS Initiative is a non-profit firm of committed educators who provide customized technical and professional development services to school districts in various aspects of school reform. EdFOCUS was established to provide additional capacity to the growing number of districts whose staffs are already stretched to the limit. EdFOCUS is proud to have been selected as providers for Ohio’s Regional School Improvement initiative - formerly known as RSIT, now referred to as SSIT. In addition to our work Ohio, the EdFOCUS staff are also the providers for two Comprehensive School Reform projects - one in Minneapolis, Minnesota and one in Hamilton Township, New Jersey (near Atlantic City). As shown in the "Publications and Findings" tab, our work has met with considerable success.
